By 370 personnel , without asking for help of even one foreign export , Iranian Naft Airlines continues its activities and most of its personnel make the whole essential stages of flight including repair , guidance of airplane and by management of the domestic personnel , it has been changed to the safest State Aviation Co. , so that fortunately , no air casualty leading to death has occurred which is a great honor to Iranian Oil Industry.

During the recent years , upon agreement with Ministry of Oil and supports of management of Oil Industry Pension Org. ( the main shareholder of Iranian Naft Airlines ) by presentation of plan for development of oil air fleet , it has taken positive steps for reconstruction of fleet of this Co. and as a result , two development plans of 3 and 5 years were approved . In the first plan , four Fokker 100 airplanes and in the 5-year plan , 5 big airplanes were purchased and entered the fleet of Oil Aviation Co. At present , by addition of 3 jet Fokker 100 airplanes to fleet of this Co. within the framework of 3-year development plan , the whole flight is made by 8 airplanes including 3 jet Fokker 100 , 4 Fokker 50 , one Twin Outer which make 200 flights a week from Tehran and Ahwaz to Shiraz , Bandar Abbas , Assalouyeh , Ardebil , Mashhad , Tabriz , Boushehr , Isfahan , Mahshahr , Aghajari , Jam , Lamard , Bahregan , Abadan , Bandar Lengeh and islands of Khark , Lavan , Siri , Kish.
