By consideration to horizon of growth and development of Co. , Management of Iranian Naft Airlines intends to make long-term , mid-term , short term strategic programs for taking the following actions :
- Identification of economic , social , political , cultural , climatic factors effective on operation of Co.
- Prediction of changes of environmental factors , resources , possibilities and their impact on operation of co.
- Utilization of different methods for provision of financial resources , investment ( foreign currency , RLS. ) including contribution of shareholders in cash and increase of capital , sales of shares and rights of shareholders , sales of negotiable papers , obtaining loan or finance , attraction of investment partnership ( joint venture ) aiming at development transportation , installation , possibilities of fleet.
- Recruitment of skillful manpower , increase of talents of personnel by performance of education courses.
- Creation and increase of cooperation with civil aviation Org. and the other domestic and foreign aviation companies.
