CERTIFICATE FOR ACTIVITIES OF AOC CO. AIRPLANE :

To insure observation of rules and regulations of Civil Aviation Org. , along with providing safety of flights , Iranian Naft Airlines has considered quality management as caption of its affairs. Along the same path, having inspected the specialized civil aviation team , in all operation , technical , engineering , commercial affairs , it succeeded extension of Air Operator Certificate or A.O.C. Co. flight qualification certificate every year.

It should be stated that International Civil Aviation Org. (ICAO) and international trade union of transportation companies of the world IATA have in their annual inspection plans on the world airlines , the world aviation organization and the world airports under the following titles :

1.Universal Oversight Audit Program ( U.S.O.A.P. )
2.IATA Operational Safety Audit Program ( I.O.S.A. )

Considering the program mentioned , this Co. shall comply all its actions with the standards and suggestions defined by the airlines , so that it might obtain the confirmation necessary from the authorities for performance of its duties.


Meantime , all the companies in domestic airlines of our country shall take the maneuvers necessary in drawing up and compiling two programs as follows :

3. Safety Management System ( S.M.S. )
4. Security Management Manual (S.M.M. )
5. Maintenance Organization Exposition ( M.O.E. )

Copies of maintenance certificate issued by Civil Aviation Org. No. F.S.M. C830.t authorized Iranian Naft Airlines to repair the different sectors of Fokker 50 and Twin Otter.
